Hi! Many of our flavors do not contain gluten (ie vanilla, chocolate, coffee, strawberry, salted caramel and pistachio), however, our facility does make many flavors that do contain gluten so we cannot certify that any flavors are gluten free.

Hi, We go to great lengths to provide really exceptional kosher for passover ice cream - unique flavors such as lavender orange, baked apple, chocolate hazelnut, key lime, made without any artificial colors or flavors. We have been lucky enough that customers appreciate our ice cream and come great distances and wait in long lines for it. As such, we respect everyone's desire to be served quickly and over the years we have found that allowing sampling increases the lines and customers' frustration. Do you sample entrees when you go for dinner? Coffee when you go to a coffee shop? Then, why the expectation to sample ice cream?

Yes, we serve cholov yisroel under KM supervision. We do not serve ANYTHING Klein's. Everything is made in-house.
