On sept 3, I was discriminated against due to my disability and income. I am currently filing a complaint to housing and trying to get them fined. Believe me they are good with this. It will take time. That was disgusting of arium employee Ellie to reject me because I am disabled and used my disability against me to reject my application ,when it was initially approved! What was done to me caused me embarrassment because a young lady saw the entire thing. I will see to it that this property gets recognized. You all are a bunch of filthy, disgusting, very nasty creatures for doing this to a disabled person who was only trying to rent.

Descent place to live. They have a tiny gym and pools that are maintained semi-regularly. Outdoor grills are most often out of propane or inoperable. If you work nightlife this is not the place for you unless you pay extra for a garage space. Even though your lease says assigned parking, it’s a free for all. If you don’t work a 9-5 there is no parking available. The gates are constantly broken and left open or you have to drive all the way around. Also they advertise a rental renewal incentive which is not lived up to. Overall I do like living here due to location and overall mostly cleanliness. I just really wish they lived up to the luxury living that they advertise.
