If I could give no stars I would. The service department is horrible. I brought a Kia Sportage 2023. I drop off my vehicle Friday morning because a sensor on my vehicle is not working. These people had my car for 2 days. They lied and told me that everything was fixed and to find out they literally did not fix anything on the vehicle. Even the salesman that sold me the vehicle stated that nothing was done. I took off work and had to pay to get to work the next day just for no one to help me, laugh in my face and didn’t want to write down my complaint. I guess because I’m black upset woman.

had to wait about 20 minutes just to drop off my car, person I was suppose to see was busy ask for someone could help me and Robert took my info. Brought in for recall and took 2 days to get car back.

My service engineer was good but they forgot to vacuum the car then I pointed out they only did first 2 rows and said it is not company policy to vacuum the 3rd row seat and back.. Kudos management for such a policy you sure will have many happy customers around. Forget the car wash. I remember my previous VW dealer used to wash the car and put perfume and a paper on the foot mat saying thankyou before delivery. Small things does wonder with customers. Very Cheap strategy Rick Case.

I went to get parts for my Kia Sedona and got quoted a very high price. When I told the person that I had a much better price from another dealer but this particular dealer was not as close as Rick Case, he told me that he can not lower the price. To me Rick Case is an insult to common sense. The guys is a well known philanthropist that over charge his customers to give away money to people he doesn't know.

Hello, good night Where I bought my car was in KIA and I am well disenchanted From that Diler I was cheated and I have a paper that gave me cheverolex that is in front of KIA they sold me a 2015 cheverolex with two different guarantees at the moment I cart It's broken and they didn't fix it supposedly that I have no guarantees in my car they are at La 136 and Sunrise
Never leave a dealership without what is promised in writing. I know Rick Case has a grace period for newly purchased vehicles if you want to go that route.
Yes pay a higher down payment and negotiate monthly payments... They can assist with loan.
