Back Country Mafia

Well so far not impressed, stopped in to buy not 1, not 2, but 3 bows as this will be a family activity. But first wanted to do some educating as its been some time since I shot archery. So I Inquired about lessons to help me decide what was the best way to go and was looking to establish a solid return customer relationship as I too am a business owner and know the value of repeat customers, but instead I've heard nothing about lessons to help me decide. I was told they would call to further discuss how the lessons work and when they are available on the same day, but it might be the following day as the person who provides the lesson was not in at the time I was there. I was understanding and said no need to call same day it seems you're a little busy with 3 or 4 other customers. But to not get a call at all days now weeks later leads me wonder. One of the employees felt the need to belittle other customers about their complaints of the prices while briefly talking to me which I was surprised to hear, though there are times people will complain just to complain and there is no making them happy, I would think the last thing you would want to do is share that frustration with a new customer. Almost a condescending tone was used when I said I wasn't from the Cazenovia area. Any good business person knows that following through and not complaining about one customer to another customer is one of the most important task of staying in business. I've seen that attitude of not following through before in other businesses, they are all now out of business.
