HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The new owner is too busy smiling and offering drinks meanwhile they held the car I sold to them in their lot for 30 days before sending a payoff because they “didn’t have access.” Now I still have to wait 10 business days for the payoff to be accepted. Now I’m unable to buy another car with the Infiniti still reporting on my credit because of their scammy unprofessionalism.

If I could give this place 0 star I would. BEWARE IF YOU PURCHASE A BRAND NEW PLATE WITH THEM THEY WILL CANCEL IT AFTER . While I was purchasing the car, I told them I will be needing a new plate and they gave me one, I went to renew my tag, for the tag agency to tell me that the plate they provided to me is UNREGISTERED AND DO NOT EXIST. It there system it showed that THEY CANCEL MY TAG AND DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO NOTIFY ME. SO WHY DID I PAY FOR IT???? Since I purchase a car, they gave me a WE OWE form saying for them to replace the car key since it was broken. I had call numerous times to get it fix nothing. I went in person to speak to someone and I even told them I’m willing to wait, they said they will get my info and send the locksmith to my house to do the key. I am yet to see someone. BEWARE

If I could give this group a zero I would. This dealership stated that they were in transition of ownership at the time I first reached out. I was told as soon as they system was back up and running, we could move forward with the agreed upon price on their website. I was told multiple times that the agree upon price was accepted and that I was "1st on their list" to sell me the vehicle I inquired about. Then once their systems were up, I was told that the price of the vehicle went form 69K to $82K (This is a used truck by the way) over night and that they could not honor the deal that they had previously agreed to. I was going back and fourth with this company for 9 days and on the 9th day they removed the truck from their website. The sales agent blocked my number and no one had gotten back to me on the status of our agreement. Mind you I was paying IN CASH! When I finally reach someone to talk about our agreed upon sale it took me two hours and I finally talked to the General Manager Chris. I explained to him how I had multiple emails and text messages on how I had to develop not only the transportation of the vehicle but I also had to fill out the registration application by myself! After speaking with the General manager Chris, he informed me that they the price of the vehicle was going up and he rudely hung up on me. I hope Infiniti corporate see this post and can do something about absolute lack of customer service at this dealership. In the meantime If you have read this post, take my advice and do NOT purchase your vehicle here. There is some shady dealings going on here...

Hi. It does not require it but it is "suggested" for premium performance. I use regular and have not noticed any difference in performance or mileage per gallon.
