Stay FAR FAR away from this company. We attempted to use them to repair our Kenmore water softener, that stopped running and would not drain. We had to call them to come back out 3x. Each time they claimed to have fixed the issue and each time we were charged. The 3rd visit was to re-evaluate what the SAME tech had done the 1st 2 time, that didn’t work. We had turned the unit turned off because it would continue to fill with water and not drain. The tech turned it on and failed to turn it off when he left the storage room the 3rd time. The next morning we woke up to a flooded basement. Sears referred us to Sedgwick claim services to have the damage assessed and repaired - which we did. Had to call and follow up with the local office at least 10x- couldn’t get anyone to return our calls for our claim follow up. Finally they responded that our claim was denied- we had to prove it was a Sears product (it’s a Kenmore....) and that the original work order from the tech said that they were originally called out because it was leaking, which was not something we filled out or signed but was actually submitted by the tech. It wasn’t leaking, it wasn’t draining. The tech was very difficult to understand. The 2nd time we called we requested a different tech, the scheduling agent insured us she would assign someone different, which she didn’t. The same tech came out for all 3 calls. I’m not sure if the tech knew we requested someone different and intentionally left the water on to the unit or if he truly didn’t know how to repair it. Between the poor service from Sears and the poor unprofessional scam service from Sedgwick. I’d avoid both, it cost us $500+ to have someone come out and clean up the basement and we bought a new water softener…. STAY AWAY!!!

Devon was awesome. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Not only did he repair the washer, he answered questions we had about the service contract terms and he is an excellent representative for your business. We look forward to working with him in the future as we settle into the new place. Thank you.

they worked on my Craftsman ZTR mower, needed bolts that had fallen out, had to send for new bolts. was very pleased with them, my only problem was there time of visit was 8am till 5pm. seems like they could narrow that down a little. mower runs great now.
