Today, my mother had an appointment to receive dialysis which takes 4 hours. You were supposed to pick her up between 10-10:30 am. You didn't arrive until 11 am getting her there late. Then showed up an hour and a half early to pick her up. When the dialysis center asked you to wait for 30 min so they could try to complete her treatment, your driver left and never returned. We called several times and struggled to get through. At 4 pm, someone at your facility told me that the driver would be there to pick her up in 5 min. At 6:30, they had not arrived. We called again and were told that they would arrive in 5 minutes AGAIN. They did not come. We had to call a different transportation co to pick up my mom. Terrible service.
