The best pupusas in town but it takes them forever to serve the food. My mom likes their chicken soup but as with anything it'll take time. Don't be surprised to wait half an hour to an hour based on how many people there are.

Yes there are. Employees all wear masks and you can't enter without one.
Depending on how big your order is, this is how long it takes to receive your order. And how busy they are. But it's almost always 15 to 30 mins
