Horrible customer service, even ordered online and waited 20 + mins in house. Funny part was when I got home after waiting and most certainly had someone else's mashed potatoes vs the macaroni and cheese the kids asked for. Save yourself the time and frustration, go Popeyes lol. Last time I had a large order out there the GM was working the shift, offered a beverage while I waited, opened the door and offered to assist me to the truck with my bags. Wasn't expecting a thing, just down home southern hospitality.

This is the second time we have picked up chicken from there and it's been too greasy and cold. Next time we need fried Chicken we will go to your competition.

Got my order hot and fresh. I had to pull around for a few minutes; I wasn't lonely in line. They got the sides wrong. Folks pulling in for drive-through need to remember that the entrance is 2-way; I had to ask drivers to move so I could get out.
