Made an appointment online for my COVID-19 Booster for today at 3:50. Walked in a few minutes before my appointment, was greeted and signed-in by the very lovely and wonderful Odalys, who was efficient in her records. I probably waited 5 minutes before Marc, the Pharmacist, walked over with my Booster. He gave me the injection; I waited the usual 10-15 minutes; felt great and was off and on my way. I especially appreciated the fact that Marc was very communicative and informative, unlike most pharmacists. So, thank you Marc, and Gladys for making my Publix Pharmacy experience a positive and favorable one! Happy Holidays! Went back on Tuesday for a different kind of vaccination. Again, a very positive experience with Odalys, the Appointment Coordinator, and Marsha, the Pharmacist. I will now be making this my new Pharmacy, moving from Walgreens.

Very poor service this pharmacy cannot manage its own inventory for prescriptions to fill in a timely way even when they have several weeks advance notice
