1st off they didn't have any signs saying they didn't have showers cause they didn't want to take the time to clean them when they were slow enough to do it and coming from a assistant manager of a convenient store I know it was possible with 3 employees on clock

This place is ALWAYS screwed up! The parking is always over full (like pick up sticks) since TN doesn’t allow parking on ramps in this area I only stopped here because I was going to fuel real quick and get a bite to eat at the Wendy’s. After dropping $850 on fuel, I found out the Wendy’s was closed. Unreal The only thing they had warm/hot to eat was a burger that had to been under that heat lamp ALL DAY since it was rock hard. $4.79 for an unedible hockey puck burger. I’ll go elsewhere from now on

830pm.... pilot pretend to support truckers but they can't even have any food available... Wendy's is closed and they have no food. Never again. This isn't a truck stop, total disgrace. Spent 2 grand here in fuel and service and can't get any food... what a joke

I thought, it was going to be a bad time when I pulled in , the lot was filthy and trash can overflowing,a couple pump's down. Then inside?... No coffee, no hot food all employees behind counter, and a refill of coffee machine in my travel …Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will reach out to the store to discuss this with them further. Thanks for being our eyes and ears on the road.
