It was terrible …. They lied to me and they tried to file a claim when I didn’t have insurance. Now I have big issues with insurance companies not wanting to take me, because of their mistakes. They only want money and they don’t care about you… DO NOT HIRE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY RICARDO PUBLIC ADJ.

My experience was fatal I had 4 years waiting and in the end they did not give me hope, bad attention, last year they did not even answer my calls, apart from the fact that they wanted to charge an exorbitant amount to the insurance and when I arrived at the trial they told me yes he lost the case he had to pay 50,000 to 60,000 to the insurance he sued said I had to abandon the lawsuit because if I lose I don't have the money said this to whom I recommend it to NOBODY they are not trustworthy, they waste time and opportunities I tell you so that other people do not go through this discomfort

The worst mistake of my life messing with this mr. After he hooks you, he doesn't answer you anymore and sucks you for lawyers who last 4 years in this process so that later they tell you that if you lose the case you have to pay 60 thousand dollars for lawyers. They are a scam! In addition to the bad attention and also the lawyer is useless! Besides, they were asking the insurance for an astronomical figure! I lost 4 years I saw these people! It is not recommended at all!

I have been trying to reach the pertinent parties that are charged with handling my claim but I have not spoke to 1 person yet. They have been doing this for almost a year. They don't return phone calls. They sign you up and abandon you !

The time you have to report an insurance claim due to a hurricane is 36 months from the time the hurricane makes landfall
Due to Hurricanes in the last couple years many homes have damaged roofs. If they were not moved from before then the insurance will cover that and pay for a whole new roof
Depends on your policy and the limits it has. Most homeowner policies in Florida have water damage included but not all. As well, some have a cap at $10,000 which usually isn't enough to cover a serious water leak or flood. We recommend calling a public adjuster like us that can review your policy and let you know what you can claim
