This review is specifically for Serafin. He is a professional and made me feel confident from the start. Churchill's fee is 20% which is fair for the amount of work Serafin put in to get my insurance company to reimburse me for damages from Hurricane Irma back in 2017. My mistake was not calling Churchill FIRST before making repairs. Thank you Serafin for bringing justice from an otherwise arrogant insurance company!

At Churchill Public Adjusters in Miami we can legally charge up to a maximum of 20% percent for ordinary claims such as fire, roof or water damage and 10% percent for state emergency claims such as natural disasters and hurricanes in the State of Florida. Based on what the laws say in the Florida Statues, they can only charge 10% percent during a state of emergency for one year, after that, it goes back to 20% percent.
