Hi Cindy, I don't work for NFM. I do reviews of businesses for Google. However If you call them I'm pretty sure they deliver to Fairbury. They are very customer friendly.
We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from you in June, and it has stopped making ice. We just replaced the filter. Is there someone who could help us solve the issue?

Yes of course if you have the original packaging and receipt, NFM is great about returns as long as they know the item came from them and within the return period!
I've had 2 king mattress/box spring sets delivered in the past 2 days. The 1st set had stains on both box springs and the mattress was ripped. The 2nd set delivered today has stains on the mattress and it's ripped again. Advice???

Complain, complain, complain. It took me 7 months to get a piece of garbage recliner taken care of,but they finally did. Personally since you're talking about something your family sleeps on I would stay on them until they agree to immediately replace them!!

not sure on layaway but they offer a store credit card but beware, high interest and too much good stuff to buy here. my credit and income bracket are not that great at all and i got approved.

The warranty is most likely through the mattress manufacturer and not nfm. you can call nfm for contact info to your manufacturer and ask them how to utilize your warranty.
