The guys at BMW Lincoln were very professional and thorough. Their client communications were top-notch and the car was perfectly prepared for us. I hate car shopping/negotiating but our time at the dealership was painless thanks to their care and efficiency. A very good experience and a great car at a fair price.

I was working a deal on a pre-owned BMW. The salesman contacted mostly through text messages. After being approved and the salesman texted the terms I was unhappy with the results. I expressed my concerns via text. Instead of the salesman , sales manager, or finance following up I was ignored. I then had to do my own follow up with finance and agreed to the deal. With my time line the finance person said they had appointment to show the car even though I was approved and agreed. He stated he would see if the salesman could meet for me to sign papers. I even called back and left a message stating I would put a deposit on the car. But instead of meeting or even following up they sold the car to someone else. This is horrible business practice on part of Husker BMW because now I have a hard hit on my report and no vehicle. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid the mistake of doing business with Husker Bmw.
