Unfortunately I have to give 2 stars. I paid for a diagnostic for a problem I'm experiencing, they suggested a part replacement, so I get the part replaced and the same problem still persists afterward. Maybe what they saw needed to be replaced anyways, but it ended up not affecting the problem I brought it in for in the first place.

I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! I was on the road to Colorado and had been told by 10+ shops that the repair I needed would take 1-3 days…E&N had me in and out in under and hour, including the time waiting for the part to arrive! Friendliest people I’ve ever met, helped get my car in tip top shape for a very fair price. The lady who works at the desk was particularly kind and friendly and filled the wait time with great conversation! I’d almost consider driving back here from Chicago next time I need my car serviced!

The best answer I can give you James or anyone else with same question. You need to get your car into E and N and take advantage of the free diagnostics and estimates. I bet you're thinking what? Why, I already know what needs to be fixed so why have them perform diagnostics? Well people, because we have the tools, machines and experienced mechanics to fix ONLY the items that NEED to be fixed! No replacing parts that may not be broken. Like the old saying goes, If it ain't broke, why fix it?! PLUS DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE IS FREE! not because they want to scam you out of money with repairs you don't need. They want to get you back on the road with a running car that didn't break the bank. Read the reviews, most all post about how honest and reasonable this shop and it's owners and employees are. I promise if you try them then this will be your new life long repair shop!
