The view was not that great. Mostly town and soybeans. No one kept people under control. There were kids and a few adults that were literally running up and down the isle way. Could not have enjoyed it even if it was spectacular. Would not recommend. Waste of time and money

Where to start…we did the “Bliss” train ride. Pros: - Conductor Logan was great! He was informative, friendly, and overall made the experience much better. - We got to tour the locomotive and the caboose. - The price, $30 is pretty cheap for a train ride that feeds you too. - All of the people working were very friendly. - The open air car. - The ice cream was good. Cons: - The train went 5-10 mph. Seriously, 5-10 mph. I’m not joking that’s literally speaking. It made the ride very boring. It was so SLOW! - The train only takes you 5 miles and then takes you 5 miles back. Literally….5 miles. It was so SHORT! - Trash, trash, trash. Everywhere, the entire trip. - Everywhere on the train was stained and dirty. You couldn’t even see out of the window across from us at all. - The advertisement states it’s a 2hr ride, but it was actually only about 1hr and 15 min. - The pizza wasn’t good. If you have children and want to take them on a train ride then take them to French Lick and ride that train. If you are wanting to do a date night or go with friends go on My Old Kentucky Dinner Train. I wouldn’t ride this train again. If I had known what it was going to be like I wouldn’t have gone at all.

The staff are amazing. Santa and Mrs. Claus were there. The train ride was adorable, they told a story and had a visit from a special reindeer. It is a unique family experience. We would do this again! They took a sweet family photo for us …

Fun, family-friendly experience with incredibly hospitable staff. We had an excellent time on the Candy Cane Express. Our child can't wait to come back next year! Thank you for making it a special and unforgettable day 🙂

Yes they still do train rides. They have a safari train this weekend and a wild west shoot out train on the 13th of June
Most tickets to ride cost $25 plus fees and taxes. Premium events, including Brunch & Dinner trains as well as our Candy Cane Express, range between $30 - $50+ per ticket. You can find more information on ticket availability and pricing at tickets.OhioRiverTrain.com.
I rode the Labor Day flyer and I am not a member. I purchased the tickets from their website. I cannot answer your questions about membership. Sorry friend. However I did find this.. https://www.etix.com/ticket/m/4980/season-pass I believe that train ride is only for season pass members.
Hi Tonya. Yes, we still have these train rides. You can find all information at www.TrainRideWithSanta.com
