I renewed again! Although my lease was about to be up, I decided to renew. First of all, the events the building host have been so fun. I must say, office staff has been amazing this past year, always so helpful. Also the maintenance staff exceeds my expectations every time. 10 out 10 Guys! Thank you.

My time at Artsquare has been enjoyable. The management team has improved greatly. Sabrina and Ana are awesome, always ready to assist. Their maintenance guys are the best. They are always working on the property. This year alone they've painted, changed the interior of the elevators and added a/c in the halls just to name a few. The people that live here are the problem, they don't pick up after their dogs and they smoke when their not supposed to. If you don't like rules, go buy a house. The amenities are great and the location is super convenient. Unfortunately, I'm leaving FL otherwise I'd love to stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property! I don’t often leave reviews but the customer service was great so I had to! It’s been so stressful looking at communities as the leasing agent usually rushes me or shows me what they want me to rent and not necessarily what I’ve asked to see. Sabrina was super patient and asked all the right questions to make sure we took a look at the apartments that were in alignment with my budget and my needs. Thanks girl!

On Sunday, August 21, 2022, I was threatened by two men visiting in building. I attempted to approach the lobby and neither front desk nor security were available. On Tuesday, August 23, 2022, I finally reached Danielle, who is the property manager and complained that the gate is always open to everybody to access the property freely, there are no security cameras in the parking lot or hallways, and the parking lot is not maintained in a proper manner. Therefore, but for the management company's negligence, the incident would have not occurred. I concluded that I feel unsafe at the building. In turn, Danielle dismissed my complaint and failed to write a report or give me a concrete solution. I chose to live at Artsqaure because it perceived as a safe and well maintained building but for the past year I discovered the opposite is true. Trash and garbage is left everywhere, there is dogs' fecal matter and pee in the hallways, the electronic access system to the building never works, and although the management company is responsible for pest control it did not provide that service for the past year. packages get lost or stolen and the only thing management repeatedly say is "we are not responsible for it" this building is a Zoo. do not move in here for your own sake.
