She's correct, also they have public events like subgun matches as well as bowling pin shoots that are open to everyone. If you have a friend that is a member they can bring you as guest. Guns- anything smaller than 50 BMG is allowed... Certain bays are limited to pistol caliber only so read signs. Pumpkin shoot first Sunday after Halloween open to public and local machine gun owners bring theirs out. You'll see beltfeds on the line lighting up pumpkins and most will let you shoot there gun if you provide ammo.
