They don't have 3rd shift hrs. So from 12a-5a, I have to walk. Or if I have debit/credit card I can use Lyft/Uber which is wayyyy cheaper and much nicer than jp. Just saying. 🤷🏻

They are so unreliable like I take jp taxi to get home and I asked them how long the wait was going to be for me and they told me that I was on the top of the list and it should there in 20 minutes I’ve waited for 1hour and 1/2 after they told me this. I think that this business should be shut down because there is no communication with the drivers. Then they canceled after I waited for almost 2 hours and told me because I gave a review that they weren’t going to serve me this business is a complete mess and like I said they should be shut down

Called for a U CABBE about a week ago. Now the woman told me that they didn't do Fares in Evansville. So I called another cab company. Got a recording that said to hang up and go on their website to get a cab. Then I called the old YELLOW CAB. This guy said it would be a little while because he was in Newburgh. Then I found out they don't even do paying customers anymore. They just do MEDICARE AND MEDICAID cabs. So I guess you can't get a taxi in Evansville anymore without jumping through a bunch of hoops. So from now on I'll do the only thing I can. I'll either pay someone to take me somewhere or I'll just walk. Can't take a bus they jar u around too much and whenever u've got a bad back and pinched nerves in it u can't take all that jarring around.
