I went to the CareSpot Urgent Care on Prima Vista twice in the last week for work related assessments. My wait time was more than reasonable and compared to the Xpress urgent care down the street it was like the Cadillac of Urgent Cares. I will definitely recommend CareSpot to my travel nurse company.

When I got at the clinic there were 3 people in the waiting room I was told it would be about an hour since I did not have an appointment. it was almost 2 1/2 hours there was a person who came in after me with an appointment they didn't take him for more then an hour after his apportionment time

I'm here now and no they don't take medicaid, should have gone to the ER
Without insurance starts at $120 for basic exam and can increase from there
They have a chart that starts at 120.00 and goes up to 320.00 (I think) based on what they do to you.
I dont know. They are really good. We have Freedom and they take that. Give them a call and find out.
