Great service from the front desk to the physician care. The only reason I gave a 4-star is because I did a web check-in at 6:45 am before they started at 8am. I was told that I would get a call to let me know when I can come in. However, never got the call. I walked-in at noon to get checked. The receptionist stated the system kicked me off the list but my info was still in the system. I was thinking then what was the purpose in doing a web check-in? However, i. Did not have to wait long though. Just be mindful if the web check-in system may kick you out the system.

I was not feeling well, not sure if I had a cold, sinus infection or the flu. Was able to get in quickly. I liked the contactless registration system. It was very easy to use. Got in quickly, was examined and it was concluded that I had a sinus infection. The flu and Covid were ruled out. Very caring and efficient service from all staff members.
