I ordered over $300 worth of sandwiches for an event at work. The event was cancelled due to a COVID case two days later. I called the Shorewood IL location about 20 times, no one ever picked up the phone. So I then emailed Corporate 4 days before the event to let them know I needed to cancel. They replied "we are working on this". The entire order was then delivered. I was amazed at how little care and regard for this the company had. I did everything I possible could to cancel the order. I have since emailed them twice with NO response at all.Hi Heather, our store location was closed for about a week due to power outage in the area. I apologize if no one from our store location or corporate office return to you on this. When we had reopened we did not know of this. We honestly were dealing with alot on our end and this should not come as an excuse. Please email me at [email protected] and let me make it right by you. Thank you!
