I have an entire page worth of mistakes this office has caused over the last two weeks. Choose anywhere else. Literally anywhere. At one point I got off the phone with them, called another office 10 minutes later and they had gotten my MRI ordered for the wrong side and without contrast. Not even 10 minutes after I verified the information for them they did this. PICK COMPETENT PEOPLE TO WORK ON YOUR BODY!

Staff and doctors are slow to respond to anything. Too many patients and not enough doctors/staff. Everyone is friendly, though.

I had an Xray preformed on 2/15/22. I was having pain in my left hip which I thought was a groin strain. The Xray was read by Joy Huddleston, MD stating "There are mild global degenerative changes of the hip. There is no global joint space narrowing. No fracture is seen. There is no avascular necrosis." This is the report I took to a Health First surgeon at Health First VIera Hospital. I had my right hip replaced in 2016 due to severe osteoarthritis and a torn labrum. This surgeon told me I had the same condition in my left hip although, at the time, I had no symptoms. The Health First surgeon's physician assistant told me there was a 4-month wait for surgery! I went to a Rothman Orthopedics surgeon in Winter Garden, FL who took an Xray which showed severe wear and tear of the cartilage and this required surgery. I had hip replacement surgery on 4/20/22 within one month of my consult with him and I'm doing great. In retrospect I wish I had not wasted my time, not able to work, using Health First medical services.
