Zero Stars!!!!Do not live here I came down to visit my daughter when I tell you my whole stay I had to pee in the tub, Non stop over flowing toilets.They have roaches. The pool is like a hot tub instead of being refreshing. They are after your money and thats it!!!

Overall this was a positive experience touring with these ladies. However i felt extremely uncomfortable when i was asking questions about the property to chandler i believe her name is. She was just very unenthusiastic and made me and my husband feel very rushed when asking questions. But i will say everyone else in the office seemed very pleasant and the property was beautiful.

I was never a prospective renter,, I currently own my own home but recently my sister without reading reviews submitted an app with this mismanaged organization. Folks that are reading the reviews, trust me the negatives are probably worse than what's being said. Undisclosed fees, undisclosed monthly expenses, required liability insurance as a renter. Understandable as an owner of a home. A 375 non refundable deposit or you have the option of giving them a 1000 dollar refundable deposit. Good luck getting that returned when you decide to move out . Be Careful of the few and far between 5 stars , company's typically will personally have friends and family or even management leave phoney positive reviews to prop themselves up. Your 1300 dollar a month apartment is going to cost 100s more and you haven't even gotten your electric and cable yet. garbage pick up? Yes there is an extra monthly fee for that also plus water bill monthly. Upon more inquiry I also found that some of the apartments in the recent past have been broken into , obvious all the high rents and astronomical fees don't include any form of security just some management company getting rich off of uneducated and misinformed good people. Anyways, renter beware in my opinion. On a positive note she has options and backed out of this catastrophe. Try being a little more apologetic in your replies over the past 20 hours with the past reviews over the past 4 or 5 months you've suddenly decided to respond too. You have a problem at your establishment. Fix it. But at least admit to the issues at hand

The paragraph below is the response from the community. It was extremely difficult to reach the manager. The staff sometimes did not even answer their phones during business hours and I tried for several weeks until I finally received a response from the manager. I actually had to physically go in to the location to talk to anyone. I have read multiple reviews where there are safety issues, cleanliness issues, problems with appliances etc this is definitely not a luxury environment. The trash bins are constantly overloaded with trash and just not a safe place in general. Someone tried to break-in to my apartment 4 times in less than one month and noone really even tried to help me. The only recourse was to LEAVE and fast. When there is a concern for safety and violence noone should be forced to stay in their lease. I was also told by your staff (who happens to no longer be there because of the HIGH turnover)that I was free to leave without any action taken or penalties. Noone even notified me of the collection action taken until I found it on the credit report. Now how is that fair housing??? You should have at least notified me. It is apparent to see from the horrendous reviews that your number one goal is not positive experiences. When the entire staff is replaced every few months that is NOT positive. When break-ins occur that is not positive. Corey, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate your feedback as it is our number one goal to provide a positive experience.
