The dentists and assistants have always been great, but the front desk receptionists have always sucked to me. Most of the time they have bad attitudes, then whenever I call they have bad attitudes as well, and they put me on hold until the phone hangs up. They need new receptionists with positive attitudes.

I've been through 5 primary care doctors since 2012. Their doctors quit, appointments are always rescheduled. The wait times are horrendous. Had the flu said they had no appts for 6 weeks if I was sick then to come back then still using the ER as a Primary care doc

I love the staff at St. Helena Family Health Center- Clearlake Dental!!!! The staff at this office helped me when no other dentist would without charging me thousands of dollars. They gave me my smile and my confidence back and I will forever be thankful.. Jennifer is amazing, I absolutely love her. She can't even imagine what she did for me.
