I just moved in on Friday and so far so good, they wouldn’t let me get my keys till after three so keep that in mind. While in the waitlist I wasn’t able to view the apartments at all because of corporate being there and each day closer to move in they were working on the apartment so I still want able to see it. There are two entrances and exits. The entrance seems to Always be broken that’s not a problem for me because the area is super nice and the schools are amazing so keep that in mind. The front desk staff is always extremely pleasant towards me. I have no issues as of the moment. Everyone that I have met has been super friendly and nice the school bus drops the children right in the front of the development. They have a pool exercise room. Ect and you are able to paint, hang pictures and change locks as needed inside your apartment. I took pictures because the ones on the website are not updated.

Went to visit a friend yesterday and this it what I seen! I had to share this. It’s completely disgusting. Please call and have someone pick up the trash!!

AVOID!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst place I’ve ever lived. Parking lot and sidewalks/stairs/walkways are completely disgusting - trash, cigarette butts in a “smoke friendly environment,” obviously never been power washed let alone had a basic cleaning. Management (if you can even call it that) is an absolute circus and probably my biggest issue - no communication unless they need something from you. Have contacted the office multiple times a week for 5 months because my dishwasher is broken, the only response I’ve received regarding that situation is that “I’m not a priority at the moment” because they were fixing AC, which normally I would understand but 1) it’s winter, who is using AC? And 2) I am going on 5 months with the same issue and they refuse to acknowledge it. They advertise a secure property but never once have any of the gates been locked/closed/secured, a vehicle was stolen from the parking lot, and I’ve seen patrol cars maybe twice since I’ve lived here - once was because they were literally looking for a fugitive/runaway on the apartment property. The pool was closed for the first 6 months of living here and then when it opened the management office changed the hours and the gates are literally always locked. The clubhouse that’s advertised as an amenity has never been open to residents since living here. They have increased the rent price 3 times in my 1 year of living here and it is absolutely not worth the price for the outdated kitchen/appliances and all else mentioned above. If management wasn’t so terrible everything else might be tolerable but even that’s a stretch.
