The floor was very sticky. The ladies working were very busy with the drive through. I stood in line waiting to get a few doughnuts for almost 10 ten minutes (there was only 1 customer in front of me.) One lady did say she would be right with me, but they were so busy with the drive through orders that the customers who came inside never got served. I left after 10 minutes of waiting.

Dunkin is the bomb! Quick service, very reasonable prices, cheaper and tastier than Starbucks, and less packed. Their app is also killer. Great offers and free rewards program

I come here probably twice a week for breakfast and some days its cool some days its not. Today it wasn't. The girl at the window today seems to hate her job, just gave me my food with no context. Told her thank you and she just stared at me. Pull off to go and drop off the meal to my worker and he hands it back to me saying there's a hair in it. I look and low and behold there is a hair in his food. Its funny because he and I both have low faded haircuts 😭😭... So I drive back to return it for a replacement (they are pretty good at replacements) told me to pull forward. I hand the food back to the worker at the window. She takes it , looks at it , and says nothing. I gave it 3 stars because its the first time this has ever happened (although no one wears hairnets here) . The girl at the window just hands me my replacement again with no context- not a we apologize or a please excuse that . Again I say THANK YOU and she just stairs at me with an unpleased look on her face. Anyways I hope things get better up there I know food jobs are hard and irritating but you gotta fake it to make it sometimes . But thanks to the manager in the back for always fixing things she works hard .

Another great Dunkin’ location. Food was not prepared as it was ordered, staff was really slacking and could be more attentive towards the few customers that come in.
