Please explain why you do not answer your phone, and how are you going to tell me you couldn't deliver my 70lbs bag of dog food because the mailbox is full?? Of course the mailbox is full it's a 70lbs bag of dog food!! Unless you skipped school I don't think that will fit in a typical mailbox. This location is unless and Amazon should stop using them for their shipping.

They never even answer the phone when they only have to work 4 hours a day. Pure laziness

Absolutely horrible and ridiculous. There was just someone delivering mail, I am waiting for a birthday present for my husband. It said it delivered today come to find out AGAIN, someone else’s package was in the box with the key that I received from USPS. I don’t know what the issue is here but this has happened about four times now. When bringing the package to the person who lives in the apartment unit, she’s had missed deliveries about three times and no one ever came to give her her correct package. This is absolutely insane. The amount of money that I spent on this just to have someone who is inconsiderate not look at what they’re doing. And I’m still waiting for a callback for the past five hours. Absolutely ridiculous. If it was just one time then OK. This has happened multiple times and needs to be fixed. Which probably won’t happen since no one here at this location actually cares. Disgusting.

When I went to the metal standing mail boxes at the entrance of our development, I found a plastic stopper on inside of door preventing any mail to be placed in box. I went to the post office and was told my daughter put her mail on hold. I told them she moved out. I was told that a hold is for the whole address not per nane. I told them that I still live there and I never signed any hold for my mail. I have the app to show informed delivery, so I knew I had mail. I was told that carrier has my mail on the truck and they'll contact her to deliver my mail. I left, went home to find carrier delivering mail. The carrier told me she couldn't give me my mail and will be taking it back to the office. I told her that I was just there and they said I can get my mail from the carrier. She then calls her supervisor. Supervisor told her to give me my mail. She didn't want to give me my mail, said there is a hold, and that I need to talk to my daughter. I told her that the policy needs changed and this is a good example of why it needs changed. She was so angry, pulled the plastic holder out of the box, and handed me all the mail, which included my daughters, her boyfriend, and 3 kids mail. Are you friggin kidding me now. I put their mail back in the box cause I'm not going to be responsible for someone elses mail. I went back to mail office to witness another woman who had a person move from her address to another state, and had their mail transferred to their new address. Turns out that they transferred this womans mail to the out of state address also, which she never signed or filled out anything to transfer her mail. Transfers are done per name unlike holds that I'm told is per address and not per name, so there is a real problem and policys need changed, as well.

It's actually never off the hook, if its busy, or constantly ringing, they are assisting other customers.
UPS, Fed Ex and Amazon are not allowed to touch mailboxes. It is a Federal offense Most likelyit is them putting them on the ground
We deliver mail from that location....
680 apollo blvd. Make sure you bring your lease/mortgage and a photo ID and they will set you up. Or call 321-255-7589 for any questions
You probably weren't picking up your mail and letting your box fill up, and they pulled all your mail, which they are allowed to do. 😊
