I’ve lived here for a while and I can honestly say that over the last two years I've seen more improvements than I have in the last seven years. The property manager Yasmin is very sweet, trustworthy, and doesn't act like you're bothering her when things are brought to her attention. She genuinely wants to keep tenants by keeping them happy and in the loop as best she can. The maintenance man Emilio is awesome as well! I am grateful to have them both at the same time for once. It's still a work in progress however it's definitely an upgrade from the people they had working for this property prior to.

Try Park of Palm Bay they are income based nice and clean. Taylor Pointe are nice with daycare facility on the grounds it’s about an 1hr30min drive to the Melbourne area.
