Attorney Brian Tadros is amazing. He helped me when I needed it and made me feel confident about everything. He kept me updated on everything about my case. He gave me guidance and always asked for my input about the case. I would recommend his office to anyone filing for workers compensation litigation.

I am so thankful that we found him he worked hard to and won his case. I was so impressed and recommend him to anyone needing a workers comp attorney.

I am available on the phone daily from 9-5 to discuss your case.
Yes, we handle both types of workers' compensation cases. The employers and employees.
I do not charge a consultation fee. I will take a look at the particulars of your case and make my recommendations.
Yes, you are allowed a one time change of doctors. However, keep in mind that insurance picks that doctor too.
No, they're not. Neither are any settlements you receive.
You can be fired while on workers' compensation but you cannot be fired because you're on workers' compensation. Give us a call, we'll help you figure it out.
Unfortunately, yes, it can complicate things. Legally you're allowed to use your prescription, but your employer isn't required to accomodate your needs. Call me today to discuss your rights.
I do not handle those cases but am more than happy to refer you to a great divorce attorney I know. AJ Grossman with Leapfrog Divorce (https://www.leapfrogdivorce.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=gmb-listing) - (407) 377-7108. I wish you all the best. Be well.
There is no set amount that we can say. It will all depend on what your wages were before your injury, the extent of your injury, and whether you are permanantly impaired.
Absolutely, however, you're never obligated to settle. We will go over your particular circumstances and I'll be able to tell you what I think so you can make an informed decision.
It's just me, Brian Tadros! You'll get very individualized attention with your case because I only specialize in workers' compensation.
Typically your doctor will be chosen for you, however there are certain situations where you can request a one-time change in doctors. Give us a call and we can discuss the details with you.
Yes. If they have over 4 employees or work in construction, it's required.
Absolutely! We have them listed on our site and on our various social media pages.
Absolutely! I like to be out in the community and am regularly giving time to the Oviedo Police Foundation. They're an awesome organization that helps law enforcement families get back on their feet when they need it.
Yes, this is my specialty. I felt like I wanted to focus on one area of law so that I can put all of my effort into my cases effectively.
Yes! Unfortunately this does happen from time to time, but we can help you report the accident directly to the insurance company.
Unfortunately, yes. In a Florida workers’ compensation case, the insurance company picks all of your treating doctors with a very rare exception. That exception is if they fail to provide you with notification of who your new doctor will be within 5 days of a written request for a one-time change in treating physician. If this rare exception applies, you will be able to chose the doctor who will take over your care. Feel free to contact our office for a free initial consultation if you have further questions. Take care!
Not legally, no. However, it still happens. If you feel that you've been treated improperly by your employer, contact us today for a free consultation.
You'll want to report the injury as soon as possible. While FL law gives you 30 days, waiting until the last minute to report the accident could be seen as a red flag.
Brian Tadros has been a member of the Florida Bar for over 17 years and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.
Yes! We represent individuals who have been injured in a workplace accident. If you've been injured and have questions, you can contact our office for a free consultation.
The first 7 days after an accident is commonly referred to as a waiting period, and you will not be paid for lost wages during this time unless you miss a total of over 21 days. Once your disability extends beyond 21 days, you'll be compensated for those first 7 days of lost wages.
In Florida, employers with 4 or more employees (or that are in the construction industry) are required to carry workers' compensation insurance.

No! Whether your receiving lost wage benefits or have been paid a lump sum as part of a settlement, the money you receive as part of a workers' compensation claim is not taxable.
