Lately when I've been going up there there's been a rude man that's been working there pretty much harassing people on what they're putting in the trash came up to me quite a few times with an attitude problem

This is the worst business and worst customer service that I have ever experienced. When I call it goes straight to a busy signal nobody will answer , I am tired of this service. Unfortunately I'm in an HOA and somebody's brother-in-law must work at waste industries. I have a 5 year old bin that was traded out last week with a new bin and then replaced again with an old bin this week! Why? I need a new bin! One more reason not to live in topsail greens and not to use this "trashy" service.

Literally the worst company to use. I would give zero stars if I could. I have paid so much money to them and still have not received trash pick up, even with providing my payment confirmation numbers. I also receive text payment reminders 4 to 5 days after the billing due date. I will never use this company again. When Axon was running it I never had an issue, and then Waste Industries bought their company and it has been a disaster ever since then. Stay far away from this company.

We live in Surf City, and we have a lot of old paint cans at different stages of fullness and of different types (Latex and Oil) to dispose of. Do you handle this kind of waste? Can we bring them to the Transfer Station Road site?

I work for Coastal Contracting Services construction pick up. We usealy get a LOT of paint cans and buckets that the painters throw away and we have been taking them there with the other destruction Derby in the dump truck and they have not said anything about it. So i think you can take them there with no problems👍

Since you wont answer your phones. Do you take PICK UP HOME TRASH!! Or allow for trash to be brough to your location. Your phone lines are not being answered!!

You can take your trash to the transfer stations in Hampstead or Rocky Point or the main dump in Wilmington. They do pick up trash but you have to pay for the service

I have some trimmings from cutting a few bushes..can i take this to the dump? Will i have to pay? I have the pender co sticker? Thx

The convenient sites do not take yard debris
