I would rate 0 stars if it were an option. I went to this location on Carowinds Blvd today (7/14/22) just before noon. I went to the drive thru and ordered " 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches with extra mayo and light lettuce". I was told to drive to the 1st window. When I arrived, the girl gave me my total of $11.58. I said to her " Aren't they on the 2 for $6" and she said yes. She repeated my total of $11.58. She told me that I did not order the 2 for $6 deal. She refused to correct my order and told me " If you want them 2 for $6, then you will have to drive back around to the drive thru and order them right". I was APPALLED! When I told her I was not doing that, she asked if I still wanted the sandwiches. I asked the price and again she said $11.58. I said I will take then at the 2 for $6 price and she said no. I told her i was leaving. She said "so you are leaving us stuck with these sandwiches?" I said Yep and left. I have encountered rude employees here before and decided to give them another shot. I WILL NOT return to this location and I will tell others of my very unprofessional and negative experience.

Came to this location on July 2nd at around 1pm. Went inside and placed my order and while waiting for our food was told that we could not sit inside and that we had to eat outside in the heat. (Keep in mind its July 4th weekend in South Carolina and it was 100 degrees that day). So as i look around i see 2 employees sitting in the dining room at different tables eating (inside in the air conditioning). My question is why were we forced to eat outside in the heat even tho the inside was clearly open? Seems odd that employees can use the dining room but paying customers were forced to eat outside in the heat. Its obvious that these poor excuse of an employees didnt want to clean the dining room so its easier to just make the paying customers sit outside. Burger King needs to screen their employees a little better if this is what they call customer service. Minimum wage may be too much for this crew! I will have to agree with several reviews. Incredibly rude employees!! Food was not good at all. My kids wouldn't even eat it. I see why all these burger kings are closing down. If you hate your job that much, then why not go somewhere else? If you can't be nice to customers then get out of the customer service industry. Be a cook instead of serving the customers.

The girl in drive thru was incredibly rude. If you don't like your job find a new one! You don't greet people in drive thru with "yeah whats your order" who trained you. You should never EVER work in customer service. Then I ask at window if it was to late to switch to onion rings she rolled her eyes and handed me bag...PLEASE find people that actually have home training...

Always get the corporate number from the internet for any company when you report it like that the owner of the company gets a report and the manager gets a report so it gets double whammied
