Andy Barnes is the absolute best! He's honest and genuinely kind. I felt 'at home' making my purchase through him and his team. He went above and beyond for us to make sure we got our beautiful Schult home. I was so scared as things came up that he would simply ignore me or leave me hanging through this process since they already had my money because that was my experience with other places in the past but he(and Happy, the owner) never did(and my home put them both to the test, trust me). They go thru their own banks but also have 1st time buyer programs. Mr Andy Barnes will work with you on getting you into what suits your needs and budget. He was awesome for my family and I. We lobe our singlewide. Been in it about 4 months now. Best decision we ever made. Good luck!!
