Complete joke of a doctor’s office. First, the place is filthy. I felt like I was seeing a doctor in a 3rd world country; but worse is getting this staff to cooperate with other doctor’s offices. I came to this place to get an x-ray on my ankle. They said it was broken, and referred me to see an orthopedic surgeon to be sure I didn’t need surgery. It took this place 2 1/2 weeks to get the surgeon’s office what they needed just to make an appointment, and I had to do almost all the legwork myself because they weren’t getting the surgeon what they needed, and would leave them on hold over 15 minutes when they’d try to call (they left me on hold twice for over 30 minutes). I ended up having to make 3 trips personally from Seven Springs (where I live) to Goldsboro (FastMed) to Kenansville (surgeon’s office) before finally getting my appointment. One of those trips they sent me with a disc that didn’t have all the x-rays on it. At the end of the day the doctor I saw at this place obviously doesn’t know how to read x-rays, because the surgeon said nothing was even broken, much less in need of surgery. Probably the most frustrating thing is trying call in to this place. Their automated system is junk. When you hit the prompts nothing happens, and you have to keep hanging up and calling back to get it to work. One occurrence took me 14 attempts! This place is a joke, stay away!

This is not a true urgent care. It's ran like a primary care clinic. Was the very 1st person to walk in as soon as their doors opened & was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. The front desk staff stated they are fully booked for the day with appointments only. This completely defeats the purpose of calling itself an urgent care. Urgent cares should be the primary alternative to avoiding being seen in the ER & easing the burdens of ER wait times for non emergent cases. Shame on the manager at this Urgent care that runs it like a clinic instead of what it's meant to function as!!

First in line to be seen, I was told I had to have appt. Please post that you are appt only and do not take walk-ins. This is false advertising. I did not expect to be before anyones appt but should have been worked in. The lady at the desk was very rude and loud as well.

They do allow walk ins but because of the spike in demand, they recommend you make an appt for all exams online to shorten your wait time

At least as of a few years ago, Tricare Prime requires you to always obtain a referral before seeking off base treatment unless it is an absolute emeregency like a broken bone or suspected heart attack. However, after calling the triage, this is one of the two options offered for a same day off base urgent care situation in Goldsboro. Just make sure you have that referral first or you will pay out of pocket.

Hi Ervin. There are many sensitive nerves in the oral region of the human body. Acute pain can come from a dental accident or dental work. It may also arise from an ongoing issue with dental health. We're happy to examine your medical issue, but would also suggest seeing a dentist.
