This was not my first purchase at Woodstock Furniture Outlet, but it certainly was a stellar experience. First, making the purchase itself was a smooth experience as my salesperson, Mary Claire, advised me that a 25 percent deposit would hold the sectional sofa I had been eyeing until I was ready to take delivery. Once the purchase was completed, the delivery men, led by a Mr. Cruz, were quick, efficient and friendly. When I encountered a couple problems with the sectional, sales manager Charles Camp called to determine how I wanted to resolve the issues, then sent an excellent technician, Danny, to rectify them. All in all, every person was kind and genuinely helpful, and that made all the difference in my continuing to shop there and to recommend it to others.

We are open Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri, Sat from 9am-6pm and are open for Private Appointments at our Acworth location ONLY on Wednesdays. Closed at all locations on Sundays. You are welcome to make an appointment if you want to, but it is not required.

We start each day with taking temperatures of each employee and each employee is required to wear a face covering. Besides having hand sanitizer stationed at all check out areas and encouraging Social Distancing, we also have disinfectants and paper towels to clean areas between uses. In addition to this, we have bioPURE come in and treat each of our locations once a month.
I would definitely encourage you to check it out at least once, I have shopped the chains and still came back here for my dining set. Try it!

I bought a beautiful power recliner and seems delivery was minimal. Had access to a truck but delivery was so reasonable I went with that.
They have a diversified collection but I agree. Best to just call and talk to one of their friendly helpful associates. Or go look. So many cool things to look at.

Some, but not all. Woodstock outlet is a wonderful experience to be enjoyed in person.
Go to Woodstock Furniture and ask. They have TONS of options for beds and have VERY reasonable prices.
We do repairs! Call us. We can send out one of our Technicians. If they can't fix it, we have a shop we could bring it to to fix it. Call us. We'll see what we can do.
