This was a pretty rose garden with many different varieties to enjoy, all in bloom. The location was nice and safe and there was a shaded picnic area next to the rose garden. We really enjoyed our visit.

Yes, and a men and women bathroom is well. A great break while looking at the Roses. And there is a water fountain as well.

Im not sure to be honest.

If someone wanted to take bridal portraits on the grounds, is there a place for them to change to put their gown on? Like a bathroom?

There is a bathroom at the gardens but I don't believe that it has air conditioning. Unless they let you go in the town buildings and let you use their facility.
