This place is a joke - UPS drop off but they won’t take Amazon and don’t tell you that until you get there and wait 20 minutes in line. And their TSA pre-check, they tell you to come in but there’s nobody there working the desk. It’s no wonder big box office supply places like this will be gone soon. The manager should be ashamed.

I had a TSA pre-check appointment this morning and forgot one of my documents, the man got my mom’s appointment taken care of quickly and professionally and then I asked how late they would be open so I could bring my stuff back tonight. The man told me 9pm. I came in at 8:55 (I know it was very close I’m sorry) but the person working said that the TSA guy left around an hour ago. I live about an hour away so that was extremely frustrating. I understand things happen but if your posted hours say 9 and I’m verbally told 9, I think someone should be there until 9
