So, whoever is working the 3/21/22 early shift needs a major attitude adjustment. Honestly the demeanor was so awful, others in line were smirking and rolling their eyes. I said I was there to pickup a print order. She asked when the order was placed to which I said earlier that morning. I was hastily informed (without even humoring a lookup to see if order was received or possibly done) that it wasn't done. I didn't react or say anything but they, for some reason, felt necessary to inform me that they had all this other stuff to do (pointed to boxes, etc., idk and idc) before they could get to it. I just said "ok" and left. It was a small order (5-pages B&W) that I placed >2 hours prior, I was around the store so figured I'd see if it was ready. Crucify me.

My father just visited this location to get a document notarized. He waited in line like everyone else, and when he got to the front. The woman abruptly took a phone call, ignored him and instead of being a decent person, demanded my father stand to the side, and wait. While other customers behind him, instead of taking his request at a customary serve basis. She then rudely said to get his ID out, and he should have called. I’m sorry, but YOU DO NOT have to call for a UPS notary service. There was no need to be so rude, and demanding. Absolutely no reason for such a simple service, and request. A simple “I need to take this phone call, it will be a moment.” Would have been fine, and if this location needed a heads up, to just say “for future calling ahead will make me best prepared.” Instead of being rude.. I’m a notary too, in another state. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

UPS, what has happened to you???? The worst customer service, services I've ever witnessed. You have lost three of my packages in the last 6 months. The employees at the local store consists of more mean people than helpful people. It's as if you only hire Karen's. I'm so disappointed with all of it. The drivers are rude for no reason and your store employees consists of the rudest people. I did nothing to warrant the amount of rudeness I have been treated with. I'm not yelling, demanding, I am just a customer trying to pick up or drop off my parcels, no drama from my side. The worst part, it's impossible to get help over the phone, nothing but auto messaging, no human assistance.
