I get it it, It was Valentines Day and they were very busy. I ordered a week in advance and they still couldn’t deliver until the next day (I even told them that I understood that) I’m just not happy that the delivery driver tried to lie to my wife and say that I ordered “last minute” and that’s why the gift wasn’t received on time. I’ve been in businesses that deals with things like this my whole life and I think this is very degrading.

An unforeseen and unavoidable change of events altered the original plans for my friend’s birthday. This morning I scrambled to think of some way I could still honor her birthday. I thought of Edible Arrangement, but assumed a same day pickup would never be an option. I went online and my first surprise was that I was able to order an arrangement that could be picked up today. Bound by a tight schedule, my only option was to pick it up just before closing. Just 15 minutes before closing, I received a call letting me know that the shop closed at 1:00 (Sunday), but I was told they’d wait for me. I arrived 5 minutes before closing. The arrangement was beautiful! I appreciated the friendly service and the willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I got what I ordered. This made my day and my friend’s too! ❤️
