A rather disturbing but learning experience. There was an air of smugness, condesention... DEFINITELY an overall judgmental environment. Being an empathic person, I was struck by the cold, callousness of Kelly Kirchner, the "Casework Manager - Interagency Liason". The intensity of her negative energy took my breath away. She wants you to know just how powerful she is. I brought some very nice clothing to donate, however, I'd much rather donate to The Salvation Army Thrift Store. If you need serious help in this pandemic, my suggestion is not to waste your time here. Although, it's a good place to go for pet food for your dogs. Many nice people, however, there seem to be too many who just cannot comprehend another's misfortune. I left with breathing problems due to the stressful atmosphere. I'd like to thank 'Jen', who went out of her way to provide special treats for our family's 17 yr old certified support feline... much appreciation for JEN! AND Christine who tried her best. May God bless each and everyone who gives of their time to help those in times of crisis.🙏
