We are getting a Holton Creek Home! Hooray! Holton Homes, as our park manager said, are the high end of mobile homes. We feel so lucky to be getting one after losing our home in the Almeda Fire. It was my first choice after the fire, but because all the mobile home manufacturers were swamped including Holton who has a relatively small but skillful manufacturing facility in Idaho, we ended up going to every manufacturer in the nearby. Unfortunately, timing and prices became impossible. Recently we were able to get a Holton Home after one came up for sale in our park by an owner whose plans who changed. We are in process with Access who is offering grants to fire survivors. Jeff Hawk, his wife Laura (who we met previously) and son Jacob, who speaks Japanese and is a synth geek like us, are great people to work with.

Came in to tour the homes today and the construction was really nice. The company is family owned by Jeff, Lora and Jacob so glad we stopped in today. Highly recommend coming by and taking a look.

The red headed salesman was horrible!! Someone needs to teach him how to be respectful to ALL potential customers. Super rude and very unprofessional. Gross attitude. We will never be back.
