My fiancé and our 3 kids just moved here, its only been about 6 mouths so far but we are so grateful we found a beautiful place to call home here. We have nothing but good things to say about this place. We are currently renting but plan to buy our trailer as soon as we can. Its in a perfect community for us and our children. Great schools. Its safe, clean, very well managed by criquette herself. She takes her personal time to drive around daily making sure the community is up to standards and looking very nice, we appreciate everything she does for this community my family and I get to enjoy so much! Its also a very nice and peaceful community to live in. Staff is very kind and quick to help us with any issues we've had, which hasnt been much. We look forward to staying here long term and raising our children here. Thankful to live in a community ran so efficiently and thats on top of everything with keeping it clean and safe...on a side note, They even had an Easter egg hunt event for the kiddos at the park here. That was so nice, we have never heard of a community that had events for the kids like that, we love this place and the extra steps they take to keep it nice and comfortable here for everybody. If you are considering this place, we would definitely recommend it. Its well worth the price.

I have lived in this park for two years now and find it to be a very nice place to reside. The ladies in the office, Criquette and Krista are always pleasant to speak with and when I had a few issues with my hot water heater and later having a screen door replaced, they did their best to get it fixed as soon as possible. I would highly recommend this park its clean, quiet and a friendly place to live.

Criquette, Krista and LeRae were wonderful to work with. My husband and I sold our house and was unable to find a place to rent. They had an upcoming rental, brand new trailer and did everything in their power to push it through to make our deadline for moving out. If it wasn’t for Criquette and her team we would have not had a place to call home right away. Criquette was up front and honest In which we were thankful for. They go above and beyond to make things happen. We are looking forward to our stay here.

most horrible trailer park horrible park manger money hungry company trailer park manger thinks she is like the president of the united states if leaving 0 stars was possible i would give them that park manger also a bully tries to push people out of here also unprofessional and talks smack about residents here as well saying she only wants certain residents here
