I picked up my new glasses about a month ago and immediately felt like there was something wrong with them, but with a line behind me and only one employee there, I just assumed it was only a matter of adjusting to them and took the glasses home. Eventually I realized they were distorting my vision. When I look at a rectangular object, like a computer screen, it becomes a trapezoid: the right side appears smaller than the left, and looking at the world in general gives me vertigo. Visionworks really messed up these lenses. No wonder I've been getting headaches from wearing them. I'll never, ever go there again, and I recommend you don't, either.

Seriously the nicest people in the world. I was hesitant about returning after the one time years ago when the previous staff were rude but I am so glad I went back. Everyone was so stinking nice, professional, kind, patient, knowledgeable and really made me feel welcome and cared for. From Dr. Bates to reception to billing to the techs, everyone was amazing. I can’t for the life of me remember the manager’s name but she is amazing! Seriously, you guys need to go here for all your eye needs!
