Waited for at least an hour to be help with a clerk with the new eSim, they dont seem to know how to do the new transfer. VERIZON please make sure you train your employee well. In the end clerk told me to call the Customer service because they have no idea all that waiting for nothing, its not even busy.

AJ Lemnir was fantastic. Great and quick service in fixing a SIM card failure. Super polite and verified the problem was solved. I dread going to Verizon stores, but this was the best experience I have had as a customer for 15 years.

Awful. Going to a Verizon store is like being pulled into a battle against sanity and reason. Easily the worst and dumbest collection of policies and practices you can reasonably expect to experience.

I highly recommend this store! Monique was very helpful and genuinely attentive to me for a couple of cell phone items I had today. This after an awful and unhelpful visit to the the Pleasant Hill store. Joe was also working today - with another customer. And I could tell he was just as thoughtful and attentive with his customer. From now on, this is my Verizon store!

Do you mean an official company store vs. a licensed retail partner?
They are short staffed right lately. I had to make an appointment a couple of days out to get helped in a timely manner.
Yes. No fees at corporate locations either. Faster if you use the bill pay kiosk atm thing.
