OMG I love this place!!! I have been going to salons all over and walk out disappointed everytime, I went here and the blonde lady with an accent I wished I knew her name😔 took care of me and for the first time in several years I walked out with a huge smile on my face! I showed her what I wanted and she made it happen! She took her time and explained to me step by step what she was doing. I am so beyond happy with my blonde and lowlights that I will definitely be keeping her!!!!Thank you Serenity Salon and Spa for making my Mother's Day!!!

First time here. Anya did an incredible job with my streaks and haircut. She took such time to ensure I was happy. Color spot on and cut...amazing !! I had been looking for a new stylist and googled aveda products and found this place and so glad I did. Already set my next appointment. I've been here a total of 3 times, and drove almost an hour to come here to get highlights. The stylists I worked with did an amazing job and I have no complaints about their work. But the customer service could be much much better. I had a coupon texted to me (with absolutely no expiration date), and the last time I went In it wasn't honored since i guess it "expired already." This coupon was good for the next FIVE hairstyles. I was not impressed at all and even showed proof there was no expiration at check out after my hair was already done. This resulted in only getting half of the discount after speaking with who I believe was the manager. This was a few months ago so I don't remember who I spoke to or if she's even there anymore. But I will not be back.
