My fiancé and I are incredibly happy we decided to reach out to Ricky, who was recommended by a family member. As first time home buyer’s, we were very overwhelmed by the entire home buying process but Ricky was incredibly patient and helped us every step of the way. Ricky demonstrated professionalism, reliability, trustworthiness and is very knowledgeable in the real estate business. He was always quick to respond to inquiries and happy to answer all our questions. We are incredibly happy with our new home and thankful to have had Ricky guide us on our journey to become homeowners. Ricky was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him without hesitation!

Hi Everyone, I wanted to share a bit about my experience and recommend my amazing broker, Ricky! Ricky has a wealth of experience working with all kinds of buyers from first time home buyers to real estate investors, throughout the Bay Area, CA. Ricky is very flexible and a great person to work with, he goes above and beyond for his clients and takes listings/clients throughout the Bay Area, which gives him a great perspective of the areas, the competition and insights you (as a buyer) potentially didn't consider. My process went smoothly, and I really enjoyed working with him from the first call all the way, to the exciting part when he handed me the keys to my home and brought a bag full of gifts, which was amazing and very thoughtful on his part. See below how my process went and why I think he's the BEST Broker / Real Estate agent! Initial Process: Ricky met with us (I was the main buyer/decision maker but also heard from what my family wanted/needed) to learn what exactly we were looking for. He was able to provide a wealth of knowledge on the areas we were targeting, Pinole and nearby towns. He was amazing throughout the initial call, walking us through the ABCs of what the process would entail, consistently making us feel assured that we would be in amazing hands, and with someone who knew how to transact on our behalf. He met my family and took everyone’s input into what we needed as a family and what place we would call home. At the conclusion of the call, he set us up with his own portal, where he can tailor your key criteria of homes you are interested in and general info about himself and key FAQ you might have. Search/Negotiations Process: Ricky accompanied us to open houses and when he wasn’t able to he would arrange a visit with the listing broker or one of his associates. During COVID, offers were extremely competitive and we had to make a quick decision, however, he never made us feel pressured. This is where it pays off to have an EXPERIENCED broker like Ricky; Ricky, would use his expertise and knowledge, to get as much info out of the listing broker(s) to set our offer for success. We wouldn’t just quickly write an offer if the intent of the listing broker was to create a bidding war. If we noted that the offer was far above what we thought the property was worth, he wouldn’t be afraid of letting us know it was overpriced or that it would go grossly overpriced. Even when we found the perfect house, where we were aggressively going to overbid he didn’t just submit, we waited towards the end to make sure our offer wasn’t shopped around. We did lose the home, however, Ricky stuck with us and then…. We found the perfect home, underpriced and Ricky was able (even during crazy over-ask due to COVID and Low Interest rates) to negotiate a below market home for us. He also saved us over $11k through a seller credit, because we acted fast when needed and guided us through the ABCs of buying, he also knew this was this was an emotional buyer and advised that it would be best to write an offer with a buyers letter to be able to get, and it worked! Closing Process: Once the offer was accepted, Ricky took control. He provided a very detailed calendar, including due-dates for your initial escrow amount and days of inspection etc. Ricky also managed the communication swiftly, when we had to delay our closing due to us getting sick with COVID and having to quarantine for a week. I’m so happy we did and look forward to recommending him to other first time home buyers, as well as investors given his wealth of experience. Thanks for everything, Ricky. Warm Regards, Allan
