Just wanted to say that I had a great experience at Spectrum today. The staff was friendly AND funny. Tami was the lady who helped me with my internet items and convinced me I needed to save money on my cell phone by switching to Spectrum. After the initial activation fees, I will be saving $20 a month, plus I get 5g of free hotspot service. Thank you, Tami! P.S. - Tami is a hoot!

Stood in line for fourty minutes and listened to a worker talk with a customer about a kayaking trip. At this point a worker exits the backroom to sign people in instead of stepping behind the desk and helping. Only to find out after a great thirty second talk with this worker I learned they wouldn't even accept the return without a receipt that was never issued. Completely wasted two hours and drove thirty miles for something that could of been resolved with better business practices.Be weary of these ones they don't care about your time only their kayaking trips.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I want that hideous green thing removed from my lawn. I am the property owner and never gave permission for you to place that thing in my yard and also remove all the rocks you dug up and left. I can't mow those rocks
