The employees who are staffed are treated well by their bosses, at least with the last 3 interactions I've had. I typically do my own oil changes myself but lately I've been so busy with a new baby and work that I decided to stay clean for an oil change for once. They don't over tighten the oil filter or try to glue the oil pan screw down w/ lock tite, which is a definitive improvement over jiffy lube. They did a couple of extra diagnostics and informed me my battery might be bad. I went home to confirm and following up, found my alternator was bad. Thank you guys for looking out for me. :)

I cannot quote you an exact price but I know the synthetics are usually at least $50. They've got lots of coupons on the Internet so look up Valvoline near me and see if you can get on their website and sign up for the coupons because they're usually $7, $10,up to $20 off!!!
