Very nice small candy shop. Lots of gourmet candies from brittle, to the bruttle, to soft chewy taffy, chocolates, and more. Took lots of pictures to add to the site, so see for yourself. Friendly staff, young lady a bit giggly makes one feel warm inside. Prices I suppose are good for it being gourmet items. Noting that the founder Ms. "Aunt Sophia" Gerkensmeyer 1897 - 2001 lived to be a hundred and four, eating I'm sure a lot of this stuff. Perhaps candy is not that bad for you after all. Rude staff in the Valley on Sprague. I was so excited to finally get a day off and go check it out. Gave 1 star cause after being greeted rudely and didn't get to try anything else. I walked out. Will never return.
